All orders placed through Germania Laser are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo within Turkey. Our warehouse is located in İkitelli / Istanbul, so delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Product Exchange Policy
At Germania Laser, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with the products you have purchased, we offer the option to request a product exchange.
Exchange Period:
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products under warranty can be returned or exchanged during the warranty period.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
An invoice and a completed return form must be included with the returned item.
Exchange Conditions:
The exchange request must be reported to our customer service via phone or email.
Our support team will evaluate your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Once approved, your product will be replaced with a new one of the same model.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose to wait for restock or receive a refund.

Which shipping company do you work with?
At Germania Laser, we ship all orders via Yurtiçi Kargo to ensure fast and secure delivery within Turkey.
Is shipping free of charge?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders, regardless of the order amount.
How many days will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are packed and dispatched the same day. Since we ship from Istanbul, deliveries usually take 1 day to nearby cities and 2 days to farther locations. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If the product appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package and ask the courier to file a damage report, then contact us immediately.
If you notice the damage after receiving the package, please contact our customer service on the same day. We will assist you promptly.
In which cases do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs are only charged if:
you return a product voluntarily, or
the product is under warranty but the issue was caused by user misuse.
