Product Exchange Policy

At Germania Laser, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with the products you have purchased, we offer the option to request a product exchange.

Exchange Period:

  • You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products under warranty can be returned or exchanged during the warranty period.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • An invoice and a completed return form must be included with the returned item.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are packed and dispatched the same day. Since we ship from Istanbul, deliveries usually take 1 day to nearby cities and 2 days to farther locations. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If the product appears damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package and ask the courier to file a damage report, then contact us immediately.
If you notice the damage after receiving the package, please contact our customer service on the same day. We will assist you promptly.
